The 48th Annual Meeting of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR)
will be held from March 4 to 9, 2023 in Phoenix, U.S.A. As one of the most
inϐluential annual events in interventional radiology ϐield , each SIR annual
meeting attracts more than 5,000 specialists and scholars from all over the
world, which makes it become an important platform for academic exchanges
and sharing of the latest scientiϐic achievements in interventional radiology. The
American Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), founded in the early 1960s,
is the world's earliest and most inϐluential nonproϐit interventional medicine
professional academic society, representing more than 7,000 practicing
interventional radiologists, scientists, clinicians, medical students, interns,
including physician assistants, nurses, radiographers, and healthcare
professionals.
The meeting also attracted experts and scholars from all over the world to
share their knowledge. Prof. Teng Gaojun, academician of Chinese Academy of
Sciences, also led a team to share his team's latest research results in the ϐield of
interventional medicine; he also visited Leap four major product lines in the
booth, and the team expressed their interest in and recognition of Leap products.
